Shipping

Where we ship
We ship within the United States. For international inquiries,
email hello@mokomakes.com and we'll see what we can arrange.

Rates
$5 flat rate shipping on all orders.
Free shipping on orders over $75.
Free local pickup available in Carmel, Indiana.

Production time
Our earrings are made in advance and ready to ship. Orders
containing only earrings ship within 1–3 business days.

Bracelets and custom pieces are made by hand after you order.
These require 2–3 weeks of production time before shipping.
Braiding and knotwork are slow crafts, and we won't rush them.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order
pieces, we ship the entire order together once everything is
complete. If you'd prefer the earrings sent ahead separately,
email us, and we'll arrange it at no extra cost.

Transit time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days via
USPS Ground Advantage. You'll receive tracking by email as soon
as your package leaves us.

Delays
Production times are estimates, not guarantees. If anything is
running behind, we'll email you before your expected ship date
rather than leaving you wondering.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages
returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at
the cost of return postage.

Lost or damaged packages
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package,
but we don't leave customers stranded. If something arrives
damaged, email a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it at no
cost. If tracking shows a package lost in transit, contact us
and we'll help file a claim and work out a resolution.
